The second part is about children and their families trying to survive in the war torn city of Aleppo that has been divided between pro and anti-Syrian government.  and what we get a bunch of common soviet junk tanks, and modern common japanese, chinese and Korean cars, that's hardly a point cos with this argument you can put nearly every modern doc set in some arab, african or asian location

either it's same for all or none rule at all

 The cars are not that common, Chery Amulet, FAP Dubrava, Asia Towner, Hyundai Libero... IMDB link, but that's because it's part of Frontline, which I normally wouldn't list. I don't know if the location is enough, you've got a personal relationship with it, but I know we've refused Bulgarian stuff from I-Denev for example... So double standards indeed have to be avoided.

 Being just an "episode" of Frontline, I don't think it should be listed. It is not like the big standalone documentaries that we usually accept (which include a part of staged footage, here it is more like TV news, no?)
If we list this one, this would mean we could list the 650 other episodes?
Cars dot seem so interesting. A few are rare on the site, maybe, but we'll some day find these in other productions matching better our criteria.
I understand why for Karoomay this feels worth listing, but I'm not sure that for this reason alone it makes it interesting for the site.
As for all the other reasons I'd say no.

 Well, each episode of a documentary series such as Frontline can be a stand alone upload (since most are about as long as a standard movie) if the vehicles are interesting enough. And as a side statement, mike is a pretty hostile guy if somebody does or says a thing he doesn't like.

 IMO it's definitely worth to list. Despite the fact, the documentaries often offers a much wider and better choice of vehicles than the fully deliberate range in blockbuster-movies, the variety is indeed widespread here.

 A lot of things offer a better choice of vehicles, but that's not the subject of the site.
I'd like to remember that it is supposed to be a site listing cars in movies, not cars seen in any video.
And for why we included some documentaries, one like those from Michael Moore which were shown in theatre is closer to a movie than something like this which is closer to the TV news (I guess). Not all are worth including.

You smoothly and rightly filed it as a side statement; well, to end with this, quand mike962 me fait chier, en retour je l'emmerde. Somebody to translate in English? Something like "when he steps on my shoes, then I try to break both of his arms." Nevertheless, mike962 can be right sometimes. Once every… well, sometimes.

Anyway, I only said that double-standard is to avoid, naturally. But my position would be to only accept here movies, so… So, I won't vote, and stay neutral from now on this case.

It is more and more widely said, from right to left, that Michael Moore's "documentaries" are much closer to fiction movies than to documentaries. Mais les gens sont si méchants…

 I fear the worst for Palmyra since I saw what ISIS did to Nimrud. Palmyra is one of the most significant and symbolic historical sites of Syria and it will be a huge loss if those fucking barbarians destroy it.

 It was just on the news...they've destroyed it.
EDIT: They had damaged part of it, but it has been reported that both temples were completely destroyed yesterday.
