 Why were almost all the one-star cars deleted?

This isn't a documentary/reality show and they were all seen very well.


Edit: Someone changed it from 'TV Series' to 'Non-Fiction TV', when I already stated that it's a SCRIPTED comedy and not a reality show.
It's like The Office or Parks & Recreation.

 Because they were just random traffic cars, and fairly ordinary stuff (I recall a Ford van, Explorer and BMW 3 series).

No they weren't (some were quite small/blurry) and even if this isn't really a reality show it should really still be treated as one in regards to 1 star vehicles.

One episode revolves around Chris Rock stealing multiple luxury items including a Ferrari California...I'm pretty sure it was scripted and in real life he's not a kleptomanic that the film crew spent a day with.

 That Sentra in The Office I agree. But those cars you've mentioned (Tahoe and Chrysler 200) are nothing to do with the production and can be probably be seen all the time in America.

A lot of reality-TV and similar shows is scripted.
It is still different from the regular fiction movies & TV series.

 Say in a movie you have a scene in a car park, it's likely that car park has been closed off and turned into a set, so there won't be members of the public wandering in, getting back into their cars and driving off, disturbing the scene. In a show like this, whether it's scripted or not, they just go around with a camera crew and if they go to a car park, it's probably an open car park, the crew has nothing to do with the cars parked there. Ditto street scenes.

I'm not saying everything in car park scenes in movies is OK to list (not if it's too far away or only seen for a split second) but totally random everyday cars in fly on the wall style programs are of even less interest.

 The thing also is that real movies/series are watched on purpose, from DVD, etc. Unlike reality-TV which is often watched just because there isn't anything else on TV at that moment :whistle:
