Was the movie made in Amsterdam? If yes, is it possible to find out the locations? Perhaps I know the owner of the K 70 LS in the background of that pic: /vehicle_116606-Citroen-2CV-AK-400-1970.html

Now I'm going to sleep with the thought "Who has parked his LS-special-model in the year 2001 in that street?"

The K70 is seen in Amsterdam, indeed. Quite sure it's on Bloemgracht or Egelantiersgracht.

The movie seems, that it shall be playing in the 70ies, so obviously the film-company has organized the cars.

Did you mean during the decades of 1960s, 1970s and 1980s?

Yes, a boy is born at the beginning of the movie, later he's in his twenties I guess.

Just saw this impressive movie. It was broadcasted on Dutch television to honour Harry Mulisch, the writer of the novel on which this film is based. Todays was Mulisch' funeral.
