Spelling of film title is correct for its official name.

Taken from

BFI/COI Collection Vol 5: Portrait of a People 2-DVD set and can be seen at http://player.bfi.org.uk/film/watch-moslems-in-britain-cardiff-1961/ -"Perpetually perky presenter Gamal Kinnay extols the joys of industrial Cardiff, in this government recruitment film designed to encourage Arab workers to come to Britain. Inviting viewers on a tour of Cardiff's historical and cultural landmarks, Kinnay interviews various Arab residents and community leaders about their experiences of living and working in the Welsh capital. .... One of a four-part series (see also Moslems in Britain – Manchester; seems the other two for Liverpool and Sheffield were not actually made); the film was produced by the Central Office of Information on behalf of the Foreign Office. Produced in the years following the Suez crisis, the film could also be perceived as a positive international relations initiative by the Government in a climate of strained relations between Britain and the Arabic-speaking world. It was designed solely for showing abroad and probably never seen within the UK at the time."

I would put a couple of quid on its being an Armstrong Siddeley Typhoon. However, I have been known to back slow horses. https://www.swva.co.uk/armstrong-siddeley-typhoon-1949/

The truck is an AEC, as you thought. Mammoth?
