 "Zimmer Feri" is the spelling on the IMDB. It's a Hungarian film.

 Feri (nickname of the official name: Ferenc) is the main character. He is a hotel manager near lake Balaton, where all of the services are mainly for german tourists. The well known 'Zimmer frei' text is simply mixed with the nickname.
