 No titles or credits for this short film (It was a bonus film with a horror double bill I bought from the USA) obviously filmed in the 1960's, appears to be American (but does show a few european cars.!) I think that this title was just made up by the DVD company (something Weird Video) It's on this DVD:- http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0059464/

 So this came out 23 years before the Morgan Freeman film? I suppose Driving Miss Daisy must be some kind of phrase.

I think due to it having no credits or title the dvd company just decided to cash in on the 'Driving miss Daisy' movie

 Ive done a google search and checked out loads of pages , but most seem to relate to a 1990 porn film with this title.!

 By reading a comment on Amazon page of the other movie that you mentionned, it may be that porn movie...

An interesting excuse for nudity, but since the main character thinks it is all "disgusting" it must be all right to show it and this short is better than both the features put together. »

I saw that review but dismissed it (The guy said he was only guessing.!) there's no titles or credits, It's obviously filmed in the 60's and other reviews say this old B&W movie is 36mins long (mine is Not a UK release but the original USA double feature dvd I gave the Imdb number for above)

The porn movie had a sequel in 1992 'Driving miss daisy crazy again':- http://university.imdb.com/title/tt0177732/maindetails (all credited & all in colour.!) here's the cover from the russian release of the first movie:- (not too strong for this site ;) )

 The Cadillac seen in most of the stills is definitely a 1969 model so the movie was made at the earliest in the Fall of 1968.
